1. We inspect and test each item to make sure everything is in good condition. Relative pictures will be sent to you before delivery.

1.If you find any problems, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of problem, including product name, model number, problem description, purchase date and your contact way. We will process your request within one working day.
2. Once the return has been approved, please deliver the equipment to :

Please include in package a signed letter stating the reason you return and your contact way.
3. Return exceptions:
Equipment that is in normal condition is not accepted as a return.
Equipment that is not in complete set is not accepted as a return
Any product that is destroyed by mishandle is not accepted as a return
Any product that is not ideal as your expectation is not accepted as a return
4. Please be sure to return goods within 7days from the date you received if you find any problems. If longer than 7 days, it’s regarded as used one, we don’t accept return full money. Please be sure the returned goods are original with all accessories and in good condition.
